Prices are a base, it can increase depending of the complexity of the characterPlease send clear references. If you do not have a visual reference a very well-written description is fine as well.The client will receive one sketch where they will be able to request a maximum of three drastic changes. Once the client accepts the sketch and I start working on the details, there will be no more changes made to the sketch. If the client asks for more changes at the sketch stage (beyond the three drastic changes) or a modification is needed after I have started detailing the commission, an extra fee will be charged.Will be updating you every step of the commission. The client accepts that the estimated time to complete the commission I have provided is an estimate and that this waiting time may change due to my workload.(Emotes) Once I start working on the commission, it will be finished in within 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission (this does not include the time taken to do the modifications asked by the client).(Illustrations) Once I start working on the commission, it will be finished in within one to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission (this does not include the time taken to do the modifications asked by the client).Communication with the client is very important. If I ask for information from the client, and they do not reply in a timely manner, the project may be delayed, and the delivery date will be postponed until I have received the needed information. It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed. (e.g Payment plan)

Please provide a paypal address and a Discord/Twitter contact to make communication easier.
If the client requesting the commission does not send the payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, the commission will be canceled (unless I extend this deadline at my discretion).
Acceptance of the invoice and subsequent payment will be taken as a confirmation that the client agrees with the terms and conditions of the commission outlined below:
Note: I will not start a commission until a first payment is made, and you will not receive the finished product before the commission is paid off fully.
My prices may change at any time, It will flatulate according to demand
You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Rushed/priority commissions will be +50% of the original price
I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.
If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.
As the artist, copyrights are mine. This means I can use the art made for you as showcases for my commissions and to promote my work.
Commissions are mostly for personal uses (icon, banner, etc). Merchandising is prohibited (goodies, merch, etc). Commercial uses like promoting yourself with the art (schedules, posts, etc) are allowed, but I'd like you to tell me about it.
You MUST credit me if you post your commission on any social media. You can credit my Twitter, or even my Twitch channel.
You must not claim my work as yours.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
You are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
